CCHRC is the St. Louis region's most comprehensive housing counseling organization. Our housing crisis hotline receives 30,000 calls a year. Each caller is then directed to a St. Louis city or county shelter, or provided other resources.

Along with the housing crisis hotline, CCHRC provides three additional services to the St. Louis community: 1) A mobile outreach program that brings basic essentials to people living on the streets, along with the compassion of human contact; 2) The Healthy Homes Repairs Program that helps people struggling with building code citations, lead paint hazards, or other unsafe conditions; and 3) The Gateway to Financial Fitness Program that educates large groups of people through workshops and lecture to help them gain control over their financial situations. This service is aimed at reducing the number of people living on the streets by helping them maintain their homes and finances.
