The Fatherhood Initiative
Our mission is to strengthen communities and families - one man at a time.

A service of Catholic Family Services is a program that works on strengthening the community and family unit by working to strengthen men.  Statistics tell us that more than 50% of all families are now headed by a single parent; statistics also state that children who grow up in homes without a positive male role model are more likely to do poorly in school, become teen parents themselves or become addicts and participate in criminal behavior. When you add the economic difficulties most people are experiencing consider they are twice as negative for a single parent.
