Mental Health Matters was featured on the Dec. 18, 2018, episode of KSDK’s Show Me St. Louis.  

Saint Louis Counseling offers a weekly podcast – Mental Health Matters – aimed at informing and breaking down stigmas surrounding mental health issues so more people will seek the mental health care they need. Hosted by Saint Louis Counseling Executive Director Tom Duff, episodes often feature guests candidly sharing about their own mental health challenges.

Recent guests have included former NHL player, analyst, and St. Louis Blues goaltending coach Corey Hirsch; professional golfer, author, and founder of Birdies 4 Bipolar Michael Wellington; entrepreneur, speaker, coach and author of “How to Triumph over OCD and Anxiety” Gregg Sansone; Vice President of Project Wakeup Danny Kerth; and Catholic Charities of St. Louis Director of Advocacy and Community Engagement Tamara Kenny.
