MEET OUR MARCH EVERYDAY AMAZING EMPLOYEES

Each month, two Catholic Charities of St. Louis Federation employees nominated by their peers are recognized for exemplifying Personal Excellence, a Spirit of Servant Leadership, and the Catholic Charities Mission. The honorees for March 2019 are…

Cardinal Ritter Senior Services Human Resources Assistant Terry Eversole

Terry is a welcoming presence at Cardinal Ritter Senior Services (CRSS). She efficiently manages multiple tasks, people, and urgent matters with a positive attitude, caring spirit, and sense of humor.

Her nominator said Terry exemplifies the four CRSS values – love, compassion, hope and integrity – as well as a belief that each person is made in the image and likeness of God. This can be seen in how Terry interacts with employees who range in age from 16 to 66; who speak English as their first language or who require an interpreter – and may not have one that day – and those who are exhausted from the job search and simply appreciate her smile and kindness.

St. Patrick Center Mental Health Specialist David Barton

As a mental health specialist for St. Patrick Center’s Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) program, David is on call 24 hours a day for what his nominator calls one of the hardest jobs at SPC. David is described as devoted to the mission of ending homelessness in St. Louis and as quietly helping his clients – people living with severe mental health issues – as they adapt to home life after years of homelessness.

David’s devotion to St. Patrick Center was further demonstrated when, as the owner of a trivia party company, he graciously donated his time and talent by preparing questions, print materials and projection slides for the St. Patrick Center trivia fundraiser.

Congrats to all who were nominated! We’ll publish a complete list of nominees at the end of the year.
