Introduces “Hope”

An On-Demand Emotional Support Chatbot

St. Louis, Missouri  In a year that has presented unique challenges to individuals worldwide, Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of St. Louis remains committed to delivering unparalleled assistance and exploring innovative avenues for supporting the community.  Today, we proudly announce the introduction of “Hope”, a text-based chatbot designed to offer on-demand emotional support, aiding individuals in managing stress and finding balance.

“Hope” is secureprivate, and confidential service, just like conversations with a healthcare professional.  Hope is trained by psychologists and ministry professionals and uses self-learning artificial intelligence, meaning the more you chat, the more she learns how best to help you.  With the simple act of sending the message “hi” to Hope at (202)949-7249, you are on your way to getting support during these challenging times.

In introducing Hope, we are providing a reliable, and easily accessible avenue for emotional support,” said Jared Bryson, President & CEO of Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of St. Louis.  Just a message away, Hope stands ready to assistalong with our ministry, Saint Louis Counseling. We know the value of a service like this and are happy to be able to provide the healing, help, and HOPE to our region.” Bryson continued.

Hope is available for free 24/7 and can be accessed by the phone number or by going to Catholic Charities website at http://ccstl.org. and Saint Louis Counseling, a ministry of Catholic Charities website at http://saintlouiscounseling.org
